    “I identify as a proud transgender woman from Chennai, India. What I enjoy the most about Epsilon is the constant support and care from my team and management. When I joined, the selection process never made me feel uncomfortable or out of place. Rather, I felt at home. During onboarding, HR took extra measures to make my joining process smooth as a trans person and the finance department brought workarounds dedicated just for me when I had a few issues with documentation procedures. Today, I am happy to be tagged with a purely work and passion driven project where I do not get asked about my gender identity or orientation. I truly feel that I can grow high with my work and skill and serve as a great representation for my entire community, which is very important to me.”
