    The New Consumer

    In August 2020, we conducted a survey of 1,000 UK consumers, in partnership with Retail Week, to find out what is driving shopper behavior and encouraging brand loyalty. The research found consumers are very driven by things like price, discounts, free delivery and returns, and online experience right now.
