Marcel is the Groupe’s AI-powered knowledge management portal that connects its associates to company updates, case studies, trainings and more. The Marcel team needed a messaging platform to deliver personalized emails to global stakeholders, without needing extensive technical knowledge. And with almost 80,000 employees worldwide, the platform had to have substantial flexibility and firepower.

We used Visual Editor, Epsilon’s proprietary email builder tool, to create modular email content at scale with brand consistency and efficiency by eliminating HTML coding.
We implemented Agile Content to deliver personalized, interactive content at the time of open.
Each local team had their own folder permissions for managing data and accessing creative content.
